Hello, everyone! My name is Nemi, and the 31st of March marked my 100th day working at Gumi and Company as a Research and Communication Analyst. I can hardly believe it! It feels like just yesterday I got on my first team call (hybrid work life).

But here we are, 100 days later, and I have learned so much during my time here.

When I first started, I was excited about the job but didn’t know what to expect. I only knew 0.01% of what I was doing. Thankfully, my team was always available to help and put me through. Seeing how available everyone was to hold my hand as I tried to find balance in Gumi made me know I was in the right place.

As a Research and Communication Analyst, I have been able to hone my skills in planning and execution. I have also learnt how to multitask. I could only handle one project at a time but now it seems like I have more than two hands attached to my body.

I have always been a bit of a jokester and I thought this would be a problem for me in the workplace but to my surprise I’m not even half as fun as most of my colleagues!

One thing I particularly love about working at Gumi is the work environment. It’s not stuffy or uptight like some other places I’ve heard of. Instead, there’s a real sense of collaboration and teamwork. Everyone is focused on achieving our shared goals, but we still have fun along the way.

A fun day with Gumies

And speaking of fun, I have to give a shoutout to my colleagues for keeping me laughing during those long days. We’ve had some hilarious moments, from inside jokes to office pranks. It’s those little moments that make coming to work every day a joy.

As I reflect on my 100 days at Gumi and Company, I feel grateful for the opportunity to be a part of such an amazing team. I’m excited to see what the future holds and to continue pushing the boundaries in our industry. Here’s to 100 more days, and beyond! Cheers!

It’s been a fun journey, and I can’t wait to see how much more I can learn and grow.
